1. The Site is informational in nature and presents the activities of BlackBurst sp. z o.o., including television and internet production services as well as technological and technical solutions for sports partners, organizations, producers, and media groups.

2. The Site allows Users to contact the Administrator via a contact form.

3. Conditions of Using the Site

1. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, rules of social coexistence, and the provisions of this document.

2. It is prohibited to take actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Site, in particular:
   a) attempts to breach security,
   b) actions that burden the server or infrastructure,
   c) entering false or misleading data.

3. The Service Provider reserves the right that the Site may temporarily be unavailable due to technical reasons or reasons beyond the Administrator's control.

The Administrator may process the following data:
